For long stays see DEALS:
A 10 % discount is offered to all clients for stays of more than 5 nights;
a 20 % discount for all stays of more than 10 nights;
a 30 % discount for all stays of more than 2 weeks;
a 50 % discount from Monday to Thursday for stays of 7 nights or more;
some last minute deals exist as well, including a 5 % discount for next weekend.

We reserve the right to ask a deposit of 300 €. CANCELLATION POLICY The cancellation policy is applicable to all cancellations made during the fifteen days before check-in or during the stay of the client, without having completed the nights reserved for. After the start of stay, cancellations are not allowed, so that the customer must pay the full amount agreed for the same. Validity: All months of the year. Penalty: The cost of cancellation will correspond to the total amount of cancellations made after the fixed deadline (fifteen days before check-in or during the stay). In the case of a cancellation before the fixed deadline, the penalty will correspond to se 25 % of the total amount. |
